December Play-in* and Potluck

When: Saturday December 5, 2009
Arrive: 9:30 am to unpack & tune, we play at 9:45 am
Where: Wood Gormley Elementary, 141 East Booth Street

antlers, snowflakes, bells on bobtails optional!

This is not the final performance order.

In addition to the potluck assignments we’ll need 3 families to come
early to help set up and decorate, and 3 families to stay and help clean
up afterwards. Please let your private teacher know if you’re able to
help out with this. Thank you so much for your help in making this a
wonderful musical and social celebration for all of the SFTE families!!

If your last name begins with ABCDE please bring something breakfasty
(rolls, quiche, bagels & cream cheese, etc.)

If your last name begins with FGHIJ please bring a fruit or vegetable
plate or side dish/salad

If your last name begins with KLMNO please bring something savory
(beans, taquitos, pizza, chicken wings, macaroni & cheese, etc.)

If your last name begins with PQRS please bring a dessert

If your last name begins with TUVW please bring something snacky (chips
& salsa, hummus & pita, cheese plate, etc.)

If your last name begins with XYZ please bring 3 large bottles of juice,
seltzer, soda or lemonade
